Source languages and frameworks
On this page
Beta. Converter recognizes several source families when analyzing an application. Recognition helps it interpret the original structure; the project’s verdict determines the migration scope.

| Source family | Recognized frameworks and application types |
|---|---|
| JavaScript and TypeScript | Next.js, Nuxt, React SPA, Vue SPA, Angular SPA, Express, Fastify, NestJS, LangChain JS |
| Java | Spring Boot |
| Kotlin | Ktor, Spring |
| Go | net/http applications, Gin, Echo |
| Python | Django, FastAPI, Flask, LangChain Python |
| PHP | Laravel, Symfony |
| C# | ASP.NET Core |
| Elixir | Phoenix |
| Ruby | Rails |
| OwlMeans | create-app projects and existing OwlMeans Platform projects |
Check your source
- Identify the main framework and any separate frontend or backend.
- Preserve dependency manifests so Converter can inspect the project’s actual stack.
- Include a short description of its key workflows and services.
- Start the intake and read the detected source structure.
- Review unfamiliar or unsupported parts in the verdict before approving conversion.
Mixed stacks, custom frameworks and unusual runtime behavior can need additional analysis or manual changes. A listed framework does not promise that every plugin, native feature or infrastructure integration will translate automatically.
The result is an OwlMeans application. Source-language recognition does not mean the converted project will keep every original language or framework. Review the analysis and verdict, then test the translated behavior.
