Use the applicable withdrawal process when you want to exercise a legal withdrawal right. The purchase type, time since purchase and consent to immediate performance matter.
Subscription withdrawal
- Find the purchase date and billing record.
- Read the Cancellation and Withdrawal Policy.
- Submit the withdrawal through the stated channel within the applicable window.
- Review the resulting access end and refund calculation.
- Keep the confirmation and payment record.
For an eligible EU/EEA subscription withdrawal within 14 days, the contractual calculation apportions the whole subscription price by whole elapsed days over the actual first subscription period. There is no separate deduction for used included credits; the included credit frame is not a separate cash balance. An immediate withdrawal ends the open frame immediately.
Purchased credits
Unused topped-up credits may be subject to withdrawal within the applicable window. Using credits during that window requires the relevant consent to immediate performance when your included credit limits do not cover the spend. Read the consent and the purchase conditions before using that balance.
Do not assume that all used credits are refundable or that every purchase has the same withdrawal rules. Provide the purchase reference through the official channel without sending card details or access tokens.
