Use modify_project for a change that spans features or needs investigation. Attach the intended project first.

  1. Call list_projects and verify the project you want.
  2. Call attach_project with its identifier or slug.
  3. Read project_status and recent project_activity.
  4. Call modify_project with a concrete outcome and any boundaries to preserve.
  5. Follow the returned run through pipeline_status and project activity.
  6. Answer next_question requests; approve costs or sensitive decisions only after a person agrees.
  7. Review changed files and the preview when work finishes.

Example prompt: “Improve keyboard navigation on the Task Grove board. Users must reach each task and open its details without a mouse. Preserve task ownership permissions.”

Do not submit the same request repeatedly while a run remains active. If it stops, inspect its recorded status and use resume.

With delegated inference, consume next_task and return the result with submit_task_result. Keep the task identifier and submit the result once. Follow the task’s instructions and required result shape rather than inventing a new structure.

Free flight can consume credits independently of the included story allowance. Read AI costs.
